These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hallofthegods.com and its associated waitlists, portals, and materials (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Hall of the Gods, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or initiating the w⁴ Protocol waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the Site.
1. The Infrastructure (Services Provided)
Currently, the Site serves as an informational portal and waitlist for our upcoming deployments, including the BlackBOX infrastructure and the w⁴ Protocol. Submitting your email to “queue the cube” secures your place in line but does not guarantee immediate deployment, access to services, or a binding contract for future hardware/software. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the waitlist or the Site at any time without notice.
2. Intellectual Property (The Ancient Future)
The Site and its original content, features, functionality, and specific terminologies (including but not limited to “BlackBOX,” “w⁴ Protocol,” “Worldwide Webwork,” and “Tesseraction”) are owned by Hall of the Gods, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of our architecture, design, or branding without express written permission.
3. User Conduct (System Integrity)
When interacting with our Site or waitlist, you agree not to:
- Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information (including forged emails or URLs).
- Attempt to bypass, scrape, or compromise the security of the Site’s data capture forms.
- Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair our servers or network.
- Interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site.
4. Communications & “Tesseraction”
By entering your email into our portal, you consent to receive electronic communications from us regarding your waitlist status, system updates, and deployment notifications (Tesseraction). You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the emails, though doing so will forfeit your coordinates in the deployment queue.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all information within it are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Hall of the Gods, Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the information, content, or materials included.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hall of the Gods, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
8. Modifications to the Protocol
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
